The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA), Nguyen Ba Hoan, and Australian Ambassador to Vietnam, Andrew Goledzinowski, marks a new chapter in labor cooperation between the two nations.

Under the terms of the MoU, one thousand Vietnamese workers will have the chance to participate in Australia’s agricultural industry, annually, through the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, commencing this year.
